What the contact form collects
When you send an enquiry, I collect your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, selected service and message.
Why I collect it
I use this information only to read your enquiry, reply to you and discuss or manage the work you ask about. Enquiries are saved privately and sent to my inbox through Web3Forms, which processes the information for email delivery.
How long it is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond and manage related project conversations. It is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Request deletion
You can ask for your enquiry information to be deleted by emailing hello@sowmyadigitaldesign.com.
