Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote. The quote sets out the agreed work, price and project details. Work outside that agreed scope may need a separate quote.

Payment

Payment is split into two parts: 50% to start the project and 50% before launch or final handover.

Revisions

The revisions included in a project are the revisions written in its quote. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote.

What the client provides

The client provides the content, feedback, approvals and access needed to complete the agreed work. This may include text, images, brand files, account access, hosting or domain access.
